Synopsis
In 2099 due to timeline problems, Miguel O'Hara is forced to go to the past to prevent his biological father Tyler Stone (and consequently him) from being erased from history.
In the present, Horizon undergoes a hostile takeover by Liz Allen and Tiberius Stone. Otto is not at all happy with the arrival of a new Spider-Man or the possibility that his inventions end up becoming someone else's property. Eventually Otto's pride will lead to the destruction of the Horizon and the birth of the Alchemax that Miguel hires after being stuck in the past.
