History
Vice President of the USA under Gerald Ford. In a press conference covered by the Daily Bugle, he joined the President and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to accuse news agencies of broadcasting fraudulent news reports, including that the Vietnam War had been simulated and soldiers had been hypnotized to be sent to illegal wars and that John F. Kennedy was really alive. In an eight-page statement by the White House, Rockefeller et al. admitted that the fake reports had confused the population. This had all been a scheme by criminal Jester.[1]
