Notes
The destruction of Kalahia by V-2 rockets must occur in December 1944. Twelve dismantled V-2 (A-4) rockets were shipped to Japan by Germany. In the real world, these left Bordeaux in August 1944 on the U-219 and U-195 and reached Djakarta in December 1944. The rockets could therefore arrive in December in Burma in the city of Bhamo, held by the Japanese until December 15, and from there the rockets' range of 320 km could reach the Himalaya. This places the flashback with Captain America occurring three weeks earlier the destruction in November 1944.
