History
Ken was a telepath and a big fan of the world of super heroes. Hoping to some day get their attention so he could show off his powers, Ken established an escape room called the Escape from New Jersey Experience in Jersey City, and used the alias of The Nexus. Ken's escape room became extremely popular, always having sessions booked for months in advance.
When Ms. Marvel decided to surprise Captain Marvel and her friends after being invited to their game night, she called the Escape from New Jersey Experience and managed to book a session since they were super heroes. As soon as one of Ken's employees told him they were heroes, Ken agreed to host for them, and told the rest of the staff to go home so he could deal with them personally. When Captain Marvel and her friends arrived, Ken welcomed them and sealed them inside a nearly-impenetrable room laced with Antarctic Vibranium that began to fill with water. The group managed to escape, blasting the door to the room with their combined firepower, and confronted Ken. He tried to subdue them with his telepathy to no avail, in the process explaining that he only wanted to have his fifteen minutes of fame, and Captain Marvel knocked him out. Afterward, Ken was apprehended by authorities from The Raft, who took him away with a psychic dampener. As he was being taken away, Ken rejoiced on the fact that Captain Marvel considered him a threat big enough to be imprisoned at The Raft.[1]Attributes
Powers
Telepathy: Ken possesses telepathic powers, which appear to allow him to tap into his victim's darker thoughts to overwhelm them. These powers can be used on a group of people at the same time, though he needs to concentrate for them to work.[1]

Trivia
- Ken is a big fan of superheroes, including M.O.D.O.K., Galactus, the Silver Surfer, Star-Lord, and Iron Man, whose memorabilia he had in the back room of his facility. He also is a fan of Star Wars, having a Darth Vader helmet and two spacecraft models.[1]
