History
The Neyaphem are an ancient race of demonic-appearing mutants led by Azazel (Nightcrawler's biological father). They are a group of mutants from biblical times who live in the Brimstone Dimension which they were exiled to by the Cheyarafim, a group of mutants with an angelic appearance.[1]
Typical racial features include pointed ears, prehensile tail, fangs, fur, and wings, but not every member displays all these features. Common skin colors are blue and white, though red has also been shown, most notably with Azazel, their leader.
