Nick Fury has proudly served the free world in many capacities over the long years as a U.S. Army sergeant, then as a tech-savvy super-spy, and as Director of the world's preeminent peacekeeping & intelligence organization, S.H.I.E.L.D. Though always reliable, Fury typically works in secret, orchestrating events and communicating to those he can trust from the shadows. Fury comes out fighting when the forces of good are backed against the wall, often resurfacing with vital information and much needed backup when things seem most dire.[1]
