History

Nicolette Giroux was an international game warden.

While pursuing trappers in Australia, Nicolette was drawn to the Temple of Watoomb and to the Wondrous Waterfall and became the Exemplar Tempest.

Tempest did not get along well with Decay. Tempest and the other Exemplars were defeated when Captain America convinced Bedlam to stop the rest of them.
