A member of the New Heroes on the Block,[1] a team of teenage heroes later renamed New Worriers, becoming Goofball's partner - even if he later regretted having such an un-cool friend.[2] They tried to team-up with Wolvie to boost the series sale, but Wolvie instead attacked them.[1]

The New Fantastic Four (Ghost Writer, Pulverizer, Woolvie - yes, I know they are just three, it was a comedy story and that was some joke) intended to take him under their wing to give him some "freshman orientation" and turn him into a typical 1990s, violent superhero.[3]

As the leader of the New Worriers, he was first reporting in class "what I did over summer vacation". Him being defeated by The Father of All Masked Vigilantes made Splasher the laughingstock of the class - but he later joined others mocking Nova Kid and was bored at Firestarter's exposition. He would eventually be surprised when he discovered that Goofball had became a winner, admired by many superheroes.[2]

Along with his teammates, he lost all of his clothes, but the mask, when a typo renamed the team "Nude Warriors."[4]




Transportation

He moves in a wooden turbo-board with a horn.
