History
The Norco was a Roxxon ship that was responsible for accidentally spilling a million gallons of crude oil off the coast of Pensacola, Florida. Aldrich Killian used the Norco as the location to attempt to kill President Matthew Ellis and make it seem as a Mandarin terrorist action for political reasons.[1]
