History

Ozzy Osborn was the leader of a totalitarian regime in America. His company Oscorp created V.E.N.O.M. and used the symbiote to empower the Thunderbolt Department. During a riot created by the Spider Army, Osborn was decapitated with an electric guitar by Spider-Man, who then tossed his head into the river.

Osborn survived only thanks to the VENOM Symbiote and spend a month at the bottom of the river before eventually getting out. Seeking revenge on Spider-Punk, Osborn realized that his "death" made him a martyr for a cause and decided to stay low and run the country from the shadows instead. Living as a disembodied head in a jar sustained by VENOM, Osborn closely monitored Spider-Punk and his associates, while preparing his return to public life in time for the next election campaign.

Spider-Punk eventually caught a trace of Osborn's plans and, though still believing him dead, decided to check on Washington, D.C.. He showed up at Osborn's base accompanied by RiotHeart, Captain Anarchy, and Kamala Khan, but Osborn was waiting them and the four have walked into a trap. Osborn had transferred his head into a robotic body and together with his best enforcers, Officer Venom, War Sentry, and Ta$kma$ter, took down all four punks and prepared them for public execution. However, the event was interrupted by arrival of the Hulk and Daredevil Drummer, who freed their fellows and helped them turn the tide. After a prolonged battle, RiotHeart supercharged Spider-Punk's guitar, allowing him to blast VENOM symbiote off Osborn's head, resulting in his instant death.
