History
Norman Osborn is the CEO of Oscorp Industries, the world's premiere chemical research facility and electronics manufacturer,[5] and also the father of Harry Osborn, an ex-student of Horizon High.[6] Norman impersonated Harry as the Hobgoblin and ended up seemingly dying in an explosion at Oscorp.[2] However, he survived the explosion, only suffering minor burns as well as the loss of his left hand and right leg. Using Venom's seed and Jackal's formula, he turned into Dark Goblin, which also healed his injuries.[1]
