History
The Nowlanians are a rapid-aging race of aliens from the outer edge of the Centaurus Arm. When their homeworld was destroyed by the Builders, some survivors, including Tic, escaped to the Behemoth ring world.[1] When the Builders then destroyed the ring world, many Nowlanians were relocated with other refugees to the planet Torfa by the Galactic Council.[2]
