History

The Null Time Sequencer is an device that Dr. Doom obtained through his travel through extradimensional realms. It allows the wearer to easily move through time. Doom possessed two of them, which were used in a duel between Doom and Reed Richards. After the battle, the Time Variance Authority confiscated one, and Doom destroyed the other before it could be discovered.
