Like his Earth-616 counterpart, Odin is the king of Asgard. He is also the father of Thor and adoptive father of Loki.

When the young heroes known as Power Pack came to Asgard to look for the Golden Apples of Idunn, and in the process helped Thor and Beta Ray Bill defeat the Frost Giant king Hrymer, Thor took the kids to Odin to ask for permission to give them the apples. Although Odin was grateful for Power Pack's help, he could not give them the Apples.

At this point however, it turned out Power Pack had been tricked by Loki to smuggle four magical gems into Odin's throne room. With the gems, Loki and Amora turned all Asgardians, including Odin, into babies. Afterwards, Loki tricked Power Pack into stealing the Golden Apples for him, thus robbing the Asgardians of their source of eternal youth. With the Apples in Loki's hands, Odin, like all other Asgardians, began to age rapidly and wasn't able to put up a fight. He was saved however when Power Pack turned Amora's spell against her and reclaimed the Golden Apples.

Powers

Seemingly those of Odin Borson (Earth-616)#Powers.
