History

To settle a bet with the Grandmaster, the Collector teamed up Red Hulk with Tiger Shark, Baron Mordo, and Terrax against Hulk, Namor, Doctor Strange, and Silver Surfer of the Defenders. Eager for revenge on his counterpart, Red Hulk agreed to take part in the fight, dubbing his team "The Offenders".
