Oliver P. Sneagle was an I.R.S. agent assigned to investigate Hero for Hire, Luke Cage. At the time, Cage was technically an escaped convict and had not paid his federal income tax in two years. Sneagle's investigation eventually led Cage to relocate to Chicago.
