History
The former school mate and boyfriend of current Black Panther; Ngozi, the Nigerian resident Olu was the son of a pastor whom bitterly stood against Humans (Homo sapiens) Superior on religious grounds. Soon after reaching puberty, his mutant power manifested causing a blackout that stretched across a wide area back home. Events of which resulting in a fight between father and son. When last his ex-girlfriend saw of him, Olu had run away from home; they hadn't seen each other ever since.[1]
Some years later while Ngozi masqueraded as the new Black panther. Olu started hanging out with other mutant residents whom had no place to call their own. Going by the nom de guerre of NEPA he, Adoro and Setan would often use their powers to commit various acts of larceny for causes they deemed just. After a while his former love would return home right around the time they opted to rob her family of their wedding party favors.
Ngozi would spot Olu while she was in deep thought with her other self just after strolling out to check on the fam. the former witnessing him use his powers just before bolting through the living room where she found everyone tangled in thick vines. Beating feet to a winnebago, Olu would order his compatriots to floor it just as Ngozi nearly caught up to them.[1] Thanks to Adora using her own mutant abilities to supe up the getaway vehicle; they make a hasty retreat with all their stolen foodstuffs pilfered from the planned celebration.
The Black Panther would soon catch up to the three of them at their hideout which they created using their distinct abilities. A fight would break out wherein Ngozi lost control of herself and nearly wrecked the place when she let her anger override her judgement. As she was regaining herself Olu, Adora and Setan beat yet another escape in the meantime. Olu would later send an apology by temporarily crashing the wedding to leave behind a rose.
NEPA and the lot; backed by the Panther/Ngozi would take to supporting an ENDSARS civil rights march in their hometown. Things would take a turn for th worse when trigger happy riot police began firing upon unarmed protestors in broad daylight. Olu caught some buckshot to his leg and had to be catered away by Adora, but he still possessed enough stamina in order to enable usage of his power to restore power to the block after a corrupt police force called SARs (Special Anti Robbery Squad) ordered the lights cut and security cameras disabled so they could gun down their naysayers.[2]
