History
Horseman of Apocalypse
In 1983, Ororo was a pickpocket in the streets of Cairo, who idolized Mystique for her heroics ten years prior. A failed burglary had her saved by En Sabah Nur, who witnessed her using her weather-controlling powers. Afterwards she took him to her house, where En Sabah Nur used his powers to connect to a television and discover all that happened on Earth during his slumber. He then decided that he would destroy civilization and reform it in his image. He used his powers to enhance Ororo's and turn her into his first Horseman. During the process, Ororo's hair turned white. She accompanied En Sabah Nur's recruitment of the other Horsemen, kidnapping of Charles Xavier, and reconstruction of his pyramid in Cairo. Ororo battled Xavier's alumni, but eventually turned on En Sabah Nur, after watching him incapacitate her idol, Mystique, and attacked him, helping the X-Men to defeat him.
X-Man
