History

Elmo was a member of The Joker's gang. He aided in the theft of the Gamma-Gun. Later, he and other henchmen posed as members of the U.S.A.F. and invaded the Super-Tanker and attempted to kidnap Bruce Banner to tinker with the gun. The plan went awry; however, when Baker accidentally revealed that they were impostors, prompting Banner to turn into the Hulk. Orville imagined a Blob-Thing that could defeat and contain Hulk. The Shaper of Worlds made and dream a reality and the criminals completed their mission.
