History

This charitable organization was established by Harry Osborn to use the formidable Osborn to do good works around the city and the world, in memory of his father Norman Osborn. The building exploded just before the gala opening, as the Green Goblin set up a bomb inside, although he eventually managed to save Spider-Man, Mary Jane, and his son Normie from the detonation.[1]
