From this axis, a magician could theoretically enter Dimension π, a pocket realm nestled between the third and fourth dimensions, and the eternal prison of an ancient god of suffering named Otkid the Omnipotent. Supposedly, this murderous old S.O.B. guard's a magical elixir, one that has the power to "erase what troubles the mind of man." 
Otkid's Elixr was a mystical potion that could cure any disease or illness.
History
When Doctor Strange discovered that Wong developed a terminal brain tumor, he travelled to Dimension π and fought Otkid the Omnipotent to retrieve Otkid's Elixir.[4] When he returned to the Sanctum Sanctorum, Doctor Strange was confronted by Brigand who shot him with Hitler's Handgun and stole the elixir for Dr. Nicodemus West.[6] Dr. West planned to destroy the elixir to ensure that it would never be used or reproduced.[4][2] During a pitch battle atop the Timely Pharmaceuticals Headquarters, Dr. West fell to his death destroying the bottle containing the elixir. Doctor Strange could only recover one drop of the elixir, which he used to cure Wong.[2]
