History

The ancient god of suffering, Otkid the Omnipotent, was at some point imprisoned in Dimension π (a pocket realm nested between Third Dimension and the Fourth Dimension). Doctor Strange entered this dimension and battled Otkid the Omnipotent to retrieve Otkid's Elixir to treat Wong's inoperable brain tumor.
