History
Dr. Otto Octavius was contacted by Peter Parker after he discovered Otto's usage of mechanical arms, wanting to develop his own design to use against the criminal Spider. Dismissing his questions, Otto escorted Peter out of his lab, but as he left, Peter noticed a flaw in the radiation levels of Otto's most recent experiment and warned him of it. The flaw found, Otto thanked Peter and gave him the help he needed.
