History

Otto Octavius of Earth-TRN1389 had an origin similar to his Earth-616 counterpart. When he first confronted Spider-Man, he easily defeated the hero. Later Otto tried to create a weather control machine, but Spider-Man stopped him by throwing disks with his research at him and making his metal tentacles busy so Otto couldn't fight back. After the defeat Otto was wrapped in a web and handed to the police.
