History
The Owl used his helicopter to rob a jewelry store, ferrying his men to the scene. Daredevil was able to put an end to the robbery but while confronting the Owl inside of the helicopter the Owl was able to escape using his ability to glide, leaving Daredevil and his helicopter to come crashing down into New York's harbor.[1]
When the Owl resurfaced in Chicago and faced off against the Cat he returned with a new helicopter.[2]
