History

P.D.Q. Werner was a Hollywood film director. He had picked Centurius's island Valhalla as a filming location when Nick Fury and Jimmy Woo crash-landed on the island and defeated Centurius.

Werner then travelled to San Francisco to film a monster movie starring Brad Carter; he also filmed real attacks of monsters to use them in the movie. Werner's team then met monster-fighter Ulysses Bloodstone, whom Werner tried to hire as an actor, but instead Bloodstone recruited Carter as an aide in his travels.
