History
Papa Shorty was the leader of a voodoo cult in New Orleans. He was born without legs but acquired the ability to float through the power of voodoo. He assigned one of his followers, the criminal Mister Six, to acquire the medal controlling the Zombie Simon Garth from its former owner Phillip Bliss. When he made the Zombie kill Bliss, he was so amused that he dropped the amulet. The Zombie, free from his control turned on Papa Shorty and killed him.[1]
