Paul Donovan was the brother of Benjamin Donovan and the leader of a gang known as the Thunderbolts. He had been trying to fight against the Maggia for control of his turf, but this was proven to be a fatal mistake as his enemies were proven to be powerful than his gang. At some point, Paul was arrested and put on trial for his involvement in killing operatives working for Maggia. However, after being put to jail for his crimes, he was killed by Maggia.[1]
