History
Peacebringer was the Chitauri ambassador for the Galactic Council. He was present at a conference taking place in the Proscenium during which the Zn'rx representative and emperor Stote was killed.[1]
As Rocket Raccoon investigated the murder, Peacebringer revealed his true intentions to kill the Galactic Council with a bio-bomb implanted in his chest, and triggered its detonation. While the rest of the Galactic Council scrambled to disarm Peacebringer, Rocket Raccoon figured out that Sisterhood of Badoon ambassador Lani Ko Ako was in reality the Profiteer, who had killed Stote to spark a war of succession. The Profiteer intended to let Peacebringer detonate to cover her tracks until the Galactic Council were informed of Knull's starfaring bloodthirsty rampage. Having decided the Galactic Council needed to survive to help their empires bounce back from Knull's attacks so they could keep affording her weapons, the Profiteer teleported herself away with Peacebringer, both to save the Galactic Council and to examine the Chitauri's bio-bomb.[2]Notes
