History

Peni Parker had an extremely similar life to that of her Earth-14512 counterpart up until the point in which she was transported into another universe.[1]

Trapped in another universe[]

She and the spider living inside SP//dr Suit found themselves in the New York City of another reality. She went to Aunt May's House in Forest Hills, meeting Spider-Ham and Spider-Man Noir along the way. The three revealed themselves when Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, and Peter B. Parker joined them in late Peter's Spider-Lair, recognizing each other as the same and sharing their stories. Realising that their way back home was through Kingpin's supercollider, each of them offered to stay behind and destroyed it, only for Miles to point out that they would die in this dimension. The Spiders pressed upon him to test his skills and, founding them lacking, causing him to leave.[1]

Peni used her engineering skills to construct a new goober and proudly presented it to the team, when Miles rushed back in, unintentionally exposing their location. Doc Ock, Tombstone, Scorpion, and Prowler arrived to take the goober, resulting in a big fight that left Aunt May's house destroyed. The Spiders later went to Miles' dorm room at the Brooklyn Visions Academy to say goodbye, as Peter would not allow him to come with them. Peni shared that she lost her father in the same way Miles lost his uncle.[1]

The five Spiders went to the Fisk Tower, infiltrating a memorial service to Spider-Man and gaining access to the collider room. Their position was exposed and a massive fight erupted, during which Scorpion managed to pierce SP//dr Suit's visor and rip off one of its arms. Although Miles arrived to help and Spider-Ham dealt with Scorpion, the suit was destroyed beyond repair, although the spider was left unharmed. Miles managed to take over supercollider's beam and Peni was the first to go home, after saying goodbye from both herself and the spider. Back in her home universe, she set out building a new version of the SP//dr Suit for them.[1]

Peni later joined Miguel O'Hara's Spider Society based on Earth-928. One year and four months after meeting Miles, she saw him again when he was brought to their HQ. Miguel informed Miles that his father Jeff was about to die and that Miles was not allowed to save him. Peter B. Parker, Gwen Stacy and Peni were among those who tried to explain to Miles that they all went through the same experience that could not be changed, but Miles wouldn't listen and escaped. Peni later joined Gwen's new Spider-Band with which she was going to track down and rescue Miles who was stranded in a wrong universe.[2]

Personality

Peni is energetic, optimistic, cheerful and peppy as they come, she is also very smart and she takes pride in her intelligence. However despite her youthful nature, she can be a little ruthless, vain, aggressive, and smug when in combat, as seen through her operation of Sp//dr.

Sometime after joining the Spider Society, Peni became noticeably jaded and fatalistic. She initially joined the other Spiders' attempts to convince Miles that his father Jefferson had to die to prevent his reality from collapsing.
