History
The Pentangle became the base of operations for Project Hellfire after General Harms succeeded Father Pike and was located beneath the Pentagon. The Destroyers were created in the Pentangle and after they were activated they proceeded to kill many of the Pentangle's personnel and later carried their attacks onto the Pentagon.[1]
After the Destroyers had been dealt with by Hellverine and Harms' death, Project Hellfire began recovering and reassembling the disembodied body parts of the Hell Hulk at the Pentangle.[2] After the Hell Hulk was reassembled, Severith betrayed Project Hellfire and awakened the demon, who destroyed the Pentangle in a rage.[3]
