History

People's Militia was an organization of subversive members of the colored community of Harlem, created and led by the one who called himself "The Man", a masked man who in reality turned out to be the Red Skull. The Red Skull exploited the exasperation of the people of Harlem to the point of convincing them to burn down the entire neighborhood saying that after that slum was burned down the white man could no longer segregate them in that place.
