The past history of Peter Parker of Earth-18139 mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart up until the faithful day when Peter was at an exhibition on radiation. In this reality, it would be Flash Thompson who would be bitten by the radioactive spider instead of Peter.

Flash used his abilities to become a superhero named Spider-Man. He inadvertently saved Peter's Uncle Ben by apprehending an unnamed burglar. When his Aunt May fell ill with blood cancer, Peter joined the Daily Bugle as a photographer to pay for her medical treatments. He took photos of Spider-Man's adventurers, exposing him as a violent vigilante. When May's doctor revealed that ISO-36, a rare radioactive isotope capable of curing May's cancer, had been stolen by Master Planner, Peter sought out Spider-Man's help. Using a self-made Tracer and Tracer-Tracker, he confronted him at his home as was shocked to find that he was his high school bully. He started asking for help, but Flash, in a fit of rage and jealousy, punched Peter across his trailer, accidently killing him.

Spider-Man went out of his way to secure ISO-36 and return it to Forest Hills Hospital, saving May. He then revealed his identity, confessed to Peter's murder, and turned himself over to the police.[1]

Seemingly those of the Peter Parker of Earth-616.
