History

Spider-Man's history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's with the exception that he and Mary Jane Watson remained married. They later had a daughter named May.[2] Peter was also once bonded with the Venom symbiote, allowing the symbiote to copy his powers and become immune to his spider-sense.[1]

While Peter and his family were visiting Luke Cage and Jessica Jones-Cage, his and May's spider-senses suddenly went off, alerting them to a danger greater than Galactus. The Watcher later revealed that the danger was the Unmaker, a super-powerful machine imprisoned within the Earth's core that threatened to destroy the planet in its attempt to escape. Peter and many of the world's geniuses later came up with a plan: send a team of heroes to the Earth's core to stop the Unmaker.

As the team battled the Unmaker, the Unmaker unleashed earthquakes that devastated the surface. The Unmaker was eventually defeated by the team, but Doctor Strange left open a portal that unleashed an EMP that disabled technology all over the world. Peter rushed to help Mary Jane and May. By the time he arrived, the EMP had disabled his web-shooters. He feared that his wife and child were buried beneath a pile of rubble. Luke and Jessica helped Peter dig through the rubble only to discover that Mary Jane and two other people had been saved by May who used super strength to prevent a large piece of rubble from crushing them.[2]

Peter and his family survived the chaos that engulfed the world, and the world eventually rebuilt itself over the next 7 years. Once May was old enough, Peter taught her how to use web-shooters. When threats began threatening the new society, Peter came up with the idea of setting up weblines to act as trip wires to alert everyone of any danger that approached.[3]

After it was discovered that the villainous mutant Apocalypse had kidnapped Iron Man, Peter traveled to Wakanda to discuss the situation with Black Panther and others. It was agreed to send Quicksilver to investigate Apocalypse's stronghold in Europe, but Quicksilver was captured and brainwashed by Apocalypse's ally, the Purple Man. Quicksilver then returned to Wakanda where Peter's spider-sense alerted him to the danger. Peter attempted to stop Quicksilver but couldn't catch the speedster. Quicksilver killed Okoye and Human Torch before being stopped. Quicksilver later told everyone what he discovered in Europe.[4]

Peter and several heroes traveled by boat to Europe to investigate Apocalypse's schemes and to rescue the geniuses under his control. Peter later discovered that his daughter May and her friend Dani Cage had snuck aboard the ship. Then his and May's spider-senses detected the arrival of the Ghost Raiders who attacked the ship. During the fight against the Ghost Raiders, Peter, May, Dani, and Dani's parents were protected from the Raiders' hellfire bullets by Sue Richards. The Raiders were eventually defeated by the Guardians of the Port.[5]

After arriving in Europe and holding a funeral for Fury, Peter scolded his daughter for sneaking aboard the ship. He wanted to leave her and Dani Cage behind in a refugee camp, but he was convinced by Jessica Jones to let the girls tag along with him and the others. Peter and the others then transported by Deadpool by bus to Paris. After stopping for the night, Peter and the others were attacked by Miles Morales who was who was being controlled by the Venom and Carnage symbiotes. Peter and the others were able to separate Miles from the symbiotes, and Storm killed the symbiotes.[1]

After learning from Miles that Apocalypse planned to take control of the Unmaker, Peter and his allies arrived in Paris where Apocalypse sent a group of brainwashed heroes to keep them busy. After the brainwashed heroes were free from Apocalypse's control, Peter and his allies confronted Apocalypse. Then Apocalypse's ally Dracula turned on him and vampirized him. Blade in turn killed both Apocalypse and Dracula.[6]

Some time after, Peter narrated about how the world came to be as it is and Apocalypse's attemp at taking over the Unmaker to a group of people around campfire.[7]
