History

After the plane carrying him and his parents exploded over the Antarctica, Peter Parker was the only one to survive due to there being only one parachute onboard. He landed in the Savage Land in the nest of the Giant Spiders, who claimed them as their own and subjected Peter to their venomous bites until he gained Spider-like powers and became the protector of the Savage Land.

He was later recruited into the Spider-Army by Ghost-Spider and participated in the final push against the Inheritors at Earth-616's Transamerica Pyramid.
