—Spider-Man (Peter Parker)[source]I believe things that are supposed to happen always find a way to happen. Sometimes they make sense, sometimes they don't. And sometimes they really, really hurt. But - it's okay. Because those things put us on a path to becoming who we're meant to be. And... this is who I'm meant to be.

Trivia

In his Hornet Suit
- Before donning his classic suit in the series, Peter used four different Spider-Man suits provided by Norman Osborn. Three of the suits are seemingly inspired by Prodigy, Hornet, and Dusk, alternate identities Peter Parker donned in the comics during the 1998 "Identity Crisis" event. Peter's white-blue suit was a reference to his time with the Future Foundation in the comics. Peter in his black wingsuit was also probably a meta reference to Batman. He even goes with a deeper voice while using this suit.[6]
- Peter meeting Norman Osborn in his house,[2] and Norman later showing him his footage of Spider-Man saving Harry mirrors Captain America: Civil War when Tony Stark does the same thing to recruit Peter.[4] Just like in Civil War, Peter's first priority is that Aunt May can't know that he's Spider-Man.[5]
