Synopsis for "The Mysterious Island of Duktor Doom!"
Peter Porker hung up a picture of himself fighting thieves as Spider-Ham that he took with his automatic camera. He took that picture and several others to J. Jonah Jackal at the Daily Beagle with plans to sell them. J. Jonah Jackal refused to buy them, as Spider-Ham was not fighting a supervillain, but assigned Peter to investigate the St. Croix trapezoid and take his three trainees, who introduced themselves as J. Jeremiah Jackal, Jr., Bunsen Bunny, and Upton Adam Stray.
The five of them rode a plane that was pulled towards Doom Island by Ducktor Doom. Peter Porker's Spider-Sense tingled, as J. Jonah Jackal and the trainees were all knocked unconscious. Peter saw a kangaroo before he was also knocked unconscious. The kangaroos took the five to the Royal Court of Kangaroos, where they met Ducktor Doom, who revealed that after the Fantastic Fur sent him flying into space, he landed in Australia and met the kangaroos before bringing them back to his island. Then, Ducktor Doom locked the five in a cage and learned that the prisoners from the next cage had been experimented upon. Ducktor Doom had three prisoners from the next cage released and had them play music before the kangaroos threw tomatoes at them in disapproval. He revealed that he trained them to be the perfect musical audience so that he could make money off of rock videos and become the most powerful duck in the world.
Ducktor Doom had the three trainees taken to him and Peter changed into Spider-Ham and fought his minions, as they were about to experiment with hats that would supposedly give the trainees musical abilities. However, his plan failed, as the kangaroos threw tomatoes again before they attacked Spider-Ham. As the trainees attempted to escape, they found a giant magnet that was used to pull in planes towards the island. As J. Jonah Jackal regained consciousness, he broke out of the cage and found Spider-Ham about to be smashed with a mallet, only for Bunsen Bunny to use the magnet to save the hero and trap Ducktor Doom, who screamed, leading the kangaroos to finally find their "rock star." Ducktor Doom did not want to be a rock star and wanted to work behind the scenes and his minions realized that the kangaroos wanted a solo act and not a group.
As the five attempted to escape, J. Jonah Jackal ordered Peter to take pictures of the island, which were later published in a Daily Beagle headline. Less than a week after escaping his island, Ducktor Doom was already a verifiable rock legend and his "song" annoyed Peter, although J. Jonah Jackal was his "biggest fan" since he a lot of money off of his former captor.
