Synopsis for "To Oink or Not to Oink"
Jonah was using his executive think tank before deciding to give Peter and the boys an assignment. While not needing to meet with Jonah for a few more hours, Peter attempted to make a move on Batty Brant although she brushed him off twice and afterwards he cried, believing that his powers were a curse.
He recalled the time May Porker created and used an atomic powered hair dryer and bit the spider Peter, enlarging him and making him no longer a spider. Peter was still able to climb walls like the spider he once was and realized that he became a Spider-Ham. He returned to Aunt May's house and woke her up to find that she lost her memory and believed Peter to be her nephew. Later, Peter fashioned webshooter gauntlets as well as his Spider-Ham suit.
In the present, Peter walked by his rival Flash Tomcat in his car with Liz Alleycat before meeting Jonah and the boys at the Junior Newsboy Clubhouse where he found them in costumes. Jonah introduced himself and the boys as Black Jackal and his Beagle Brigadeers with Bunsen as Bullet Bunny, Upton as Power Puss, and Jeremiah as Invisi-Jackal Junior as he wanted to do a series of investigative articles on what it was like to be a superhero. After Black Jackal and the Beagle Brigadeers displayed their powers, he showed Peter a modified Beagle-mobile which could talk. Peter left with Black Jackal and the Beagle Brigadeers in the Beagle-mobile as their photographer and they stopped when they encountered Andy Warthog who introduced them to rock superstar Mick Jaguar.
Andy invited the five to his party where they were among various celebrities. Suddenly, the Hobgobbler crashed in and kidnapped Barbara Mandrill. Black Jack and the Beagle Brigadeers fell asleep so Peter reluctantly changed into Spider-Ham and saved Barbara from the Hobgobbler. Afterwards, Peter drove Jonah and the boys who were still sleeping. After finally returning home the next morning, Peter attempted to go to sleep before Aunt May introduced him to Mary Jane Waterbuffalo and was quickly interested although he fell asleep during breakfast.

Synopsis for "The Mighty Scavengers"
Pigeon assembled the Scavengers when he found tabloid headlines spreading rumors about them believing that their adventures had become nothing but material for rumors. Black Panda saw Kangaroo the Conqueror enslaving the 30th Century through their futuro-scope so the Scavengers all boarded the time machine and confronted Kangaroo who wanted to make Scarlet Pooch his queen and dispatched Ultrog the robot gorilla to fight the other heroes. Ultrog turned on Kangaroo and took Scarlet Pooch away for himself. Black Panda saved Scarlet Pooch and defeated Ultrog by giving the robot gorilla a metallic banana containing a bomb. The Scavengers returned to the 20th Century with an unconscious Kangaroo to show him off to the press but later Pigeon returned with a headline claiming that Scarlet Pooch dumped Kangaroo for Ultrog.
