History

Arclight was a member of the Magneto's Red Guard who, alongside Mentallo and Wild Child, was sent to Australia to retrieve Glenn Talbot and Betty Ross. They met Glenn in a bar after the Hulk had taken Betty and revealed he had stolen a prototype Inhibitor Collar and wanted to convince the Hulk to begin mass producing them in Australia. Using Mentallo's powers they convinced him into joining them in using the collar to put the Hulk in his place. The group traveled to Hulk's house and in the ensuing fight, they were able to get the collar on a depowered Bruce, and Betty was seemingly killed by Arclight. This angered the Hulk who was able to resist the collar and transformed and attacked each of the Red Guard, either knocking them out or killing them.
