History

Phobius is sent by Maelstrom as a part of the team of Maelstrom's Minions to steal a sample of Anti-Terrigen Compound. Along with Helio and Gronk, Phobius infiltrates Attilan and steals a sample, but is captured along with the rest of his team by The Thing and Mister Fantastic.

While they are imprisoned by the Inhuman Royal Family, Maelstrom sends his assassin, Deathurge, to kill Phobius and the rest of the team so they cannot reveal Maelstrom's plan.
