Synopsis
The Phoenix Saga (X-Men 101-108) is the first part of The Dark Phoenix Saga, which is divided into two parts. The first part is where Jean Grey comes upon the Phoenix Force, and the repair of the M'kraan Crystal. The second part called The Dark Phoenix Saga (X-Men 129-138) is where the Phoenix Force consumes Jean Grey and brings the dark destructive side of the phoenix force out through Jean.
