History

Phyla is one of the Star Children, a race of genetically enhanced beings with energy manipulation powers created by the High Evolutionary to be the perfect race. She was experimented on and tested by him for years until the Guardians of the Galaxy freed her and the others from his clutches. She then joined their ranks under the leadership of Rocket Raccoon, and went on to help them protect the galaxy from evil.
