History

Phylacus was the brother of Prince Cephalus of Phocis.

Notes

• In Greek mythology, Phylacus was the son of Deioneus and Diomede, and the founder of the city of Phylace in Thessaly. He is not to be confused with other "Phylacus" mythological figures: a Trojan killed by Leitus, and a hero with a sanctuary in Delphi.
