History

Canada's "only super patriot", who hated America and how it treated Canada, in an attempt to change things, used beavers to dam Niagara Falls. This worked until America blew up the dam and in the process seriously crippled Pierre. He later wrecked Howard the Duck's presidential campaign and tried to have him killed using a bellhop and remote controlled plane. When this failed he donned his Le Beaver exoskeleton and kidnapped Beverly Switzler and attempted to kill Howard by fighting him over the falls, but Howard defeated him, causing him to fall into the falls.
