History
Prime Sentinels were created by Bastion through OZT with the aid of Mister Sinister. Human subjects were injected with the Techno-Organic Virus, transforming them into sleeper agents who remained unaware of their change and new purpose. However, when detecting a mutant threat, they would transform into more dangerous versions of traditional Sentinels that could withstand even partial dismemberment and could only be taken out with an electro-magnetic pulse.[1]
When the Phoenix Force activated in Jean Grey, it burned of the Prime Sentinels' virus, returning them to their normal state.[2]Paraphernalia
Equipment
Prime Sentinels were equipped with several technological superpowers derived from Techno-Organic Virus: cybernetic form, flight, energetic-force bolts, limb reattachment, and the ability to transform parts of their own bodies among others.[1]
