History
The four Prodigals were abducted by A.I.M. and brought to Casino Andromeda. Fortunately, both the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy were notified that these "weapons" were dangerous and being sought by the Collector, Skrull separatists, the Blood Brothers, and the High Evolutionary.[2] When the Prodigals were activated, they summoned their father, Ego the Living Planet.[3] When the Avengers and Guardians learned that the Prodigals were Ego's children, they reunited the family.[4]
