History
The Professor was a scientist who perfected the Golden Sentry Serum which was a recreated and magnified version of the Original Super Soldier Serum.[1]
When Sentry was trying to uncover the secrets of his past, The Professor along with Dr. Strange and Nick Fury tracked him down and confined him in an illusory realm where he was a mental patient and superheroes did not exist in an attempt to prevent further destruction, though it failed and Sentry took him out of Earth's orbit where he died.[2]
After his death, his belongings were left in the possession of his great-niece. Scout, Sentry's former partner and associate, got his personal notes from his niece, Billy teamed up with Cranio to replace Bob as the new Sentry with Cranio's help in recreating the Golden Sentry Serum.
Billy and Turner's plan to replace Sentry failed, because Sentry used a Confluctor to help him maintain his powers and Void was stolen by Billy and Cranio used it to destroy his pocket universe. Bob was transformed into Sentry in real life while Robert was trapped in Sentry World. Cranio informed him of what he saw, Billy injected himself with the untested serum developed by Cranio giving him Sentry's powers. At first, Billy could fight Sentry but the serum was too powerful for him and killed him slowly, Bob who had merged with Void killed Scout and stopped Cranio.
It was not known what happened afterwards with the Professor's notes, although it can be assumed that they were destroyed by Sentry after neutralizing Cranio.[3]See Also
