History

He stole tech from superhero fight locations and abandoned villain hideouts to use against mutants. He hired Outlaw as his personal bodyguard in order to protect him while he was working on his plans. He probably chose a mutant as his bodyguard because he doesn't feel obligated to pay mutants, but after Outlaw learned of his true intentions she joined Domino and Diamondback in bringing him down.
