In Earth-1610, Project Pegasus' main facility was located in Wyoming.

LEGO Universe (Earth-13122)

In this universe, the Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S. Facility is actually a S.H.I.E.L.D. base, which was used to test the Tesseract, until Loki emerged from a portal created by the Tesseract and destroyed the entire base. The base would later be rebuilt by S.H.I.E.L.D. and Damage Control, but some rookie agents got lost in it due to the destruction, but were soon found by an ally of Agent Sitwell.
