History
James was chosen to use the Prototype armor by Ultra-Tech. The Armor grants flight, superhuman strength, durability, and various weapons.
James' body innately produces energy which initially fueled the suit. Later he was able to fire energy blasts and fly with his power, but required the suit to regulate his energies.
Weaponry included a maser, EMP, rotary cannons, lasers, plasma, and sonics. It could employ an "All Fire" mode. It also had utility such as a cutting torch.
